Child Safeguarding and Vulnerable Adults Department (often called the Safeguarding Office) is the specialized body responsible for creating a safe environment for everyone, particularly those most at risk of abuse or neglect.Its work is rooted in the belief that every person is created in the image of God and deserves absolute dignity. Historically, this department has become one of the most critical offices in any diocese to ensure accountability and the prevention of harm.
